What happens when I request setup?

We review your business and preferred plan, confirm the offer with you, and arrange owner access. The request form does not automatically create a store, charge a card, or enroll you in marketing.

We use the business name, email, business type, location, and selected plan and setup option you provide to review and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, card details, or identity documents.

What will it cost?

Starter is $29/month, Growth is $59/month, and Pro is $99/month per storefront. Self setup has no setup fee. Guided setup is $249 one time; Signature storefront setup starts at $1,250 one time. Additional requested customization is $125/hour with an agreed estimate. Requesting setup does not authorize payment. Billing and cancellation terms are confirmed before subscription activation.

Payment processing, messaging, carrier registration, phone-number charges, and domain purchases are separate from the plan unless your confirmed offer says otherwise. Messaging and AI usage are not unlimited. Self setup starts after we arrange access; this request does not provide instant signup.

What needs to be ready before launch?

Review your services, prices, hours, policies, languages, and team access. Connect Stripe if collecting online payments, then test booking, payment status, and the customer communications you intend to use.

A purchased domain still needs connection and verification. Texting requires separate carrier approval, sender activation, and a delivery test; it is not immediate. Phone-only bookings will not receive email confirmations, and SMS requires an active messaging setup.
